2021 McLaren Vale Shiraz

Select Shiraz from premium vineyards throughout the McLaren Vale was vinified using a combination of fermentation styles and French oak, to highlight the regional characteristics.

The wine is a deep vibrant red with lifted aromas of forest berries, dark cherries and spicy hints of cinnamon. With a rich, full-flavoured palate of red berries, vanilla and mocha, the wine finishes with soft tannins and excellent length. It tastes great now and will reward those with patience.
